   Told me BT is working on a fault with BT Openreach. I questioned who my provider is. Scary thing us that I got a 2nd authentication request from BT at the same time. I changed my password after 10 min to be on the save side, although I use fingerprint authorisation

   indian woman says she's calling from BT about my internet from 00916577093977 & 00916584085954. She calls every day a few times - once my husband asked her to stop calling our number - she turned around and accused him of being interested in her and asked if wanted to go with her!!!! Ugly people in this world - so sickening. The phonecalls are still happening

   Trying to get access to mobile phone. When I questioned them as to why they needed access they got aggressive and passed me on to someone else. I knew that it was a scam call as I've had many before and like to have a little fun with them but there are many who won't and will get scammed out of hundreds of pounds

   Called, stayed silent on the line. Later I was called by a blocked number. Saturday so perhaps they work harder at weekends. I'm about to block it now.

   Calling every day sometimes 3 times a day. Apparently they're trying to upgrade my internet but 'I have a fault on my line'.
   Insisting they are calling from London. I'm not even with bt!!

    This is a scam. They have my details from BT and they use them to get more info from me. They even sent me an email pretending to be from BT.
