I got a call from this number by saying to pay the payment.i got a connection on 12Nov,2015 and sent mail on 20th Nov for disconnection and no one responding and today got call for to pay bill.what a disgusted people tikona you are. you dont know the customer relation.since i sent 10 mails for disconnection from 8th day of connection when i applied but noone responded . now they are asking me a money for pay bill for one month which i did not use.

I have been receiving calls from 8826693294, even after paying the TIKONA bill,i informed to TIKONA to disconnect the service long back. but even though they keep sending BILLs every month. adding to this one person named sharma he called from 8826693291 and said himself as an advocate from DELHI high court, and he was telling to me like if you failed to pay 2968 amount with in two hours i will be filing a case against me...and again yesterday i got call from 8826693294 named namitha sharma advocate asking for the bill which i had already paid 2968 amount for which i haven't availed TIKONA service. i request TIKONA to let me know why we are receiving calls from the mentioned numbers very often.

Harassment from Tikona
I faced extremely poor service from Tikona and asked for disconnection. They did not disconnect and kept begging for another chance. I did not agree to give another chance (gave many such another chance to them earlier). Tikona continued to send bills and I replied to them that had asked them to disconnect.
Now there are harassment calls coming from Advocate Namita Sharma and threatning me for severe consequences.
Tikona never replied to my emais and now harassing me.
Many of my friends are dissatisfied.

V had stopped using tikona longtime back due to bad service.. I had emailed them abt the problems& to discontinue the service and they assured that we will get the refund for d days when the net was not working.. We didnt get any & they didnt even disconnected the network after many calls.. & then they started sending msgs n threat calls demanding to pay the bills n also the due charges..still v tried to pay it as v were sick of these calls but d transaction failed due to some prob of their site.. N now iam getting same msgs.. Pathetic

Today, 18th June, 15, I got a call from the same number saying herself Rekha from CIBIL or something informing me to pay dues of my cancelled Tikona service. Yes, i used tikona service that was 4 months ago ..i used the service for more than two years and because of the pathetic support i had to cancelled..where technical guys took 21 days to visit my place( Issue started from FEb'15- April'15) i was unable to use Internet for 4 months despite of numerous calls for help., The support forced me to change the plan to 699 to 799 instead of fixing. i changed the plan thinking it might resolve the issue no luck then my option is to cancelled it. Support told me that i don't need to pay since i was using any service or data due to the error. . Support cancelled the service on April but till now i haven't receive my deposit amount and now started with harassment.

stored as advocate namita sharma on trucaller 08826693294, got a call from this number 01133239400(dheeraj thakur) and asked me to call on this number. she represented herself as advocate namita sharma, she says she is speaking from delhi high court , room no. 34. when I asked her how to verify her identity , she got angry, she refused to do it. Marked as spam on truecaller. i called this number regarding the tikona bill payment. they are not ready to do any email. i believe they are fake agencies trying to get the payment. i called tikona but they do not reply

My strong complaint is against Tikona Broadband. Details of the same are below;
1- I gave a disconnection request to Tikona in 23 Apr 2015, after clearing the bill of the said month (security amount & installation amount was not adjusted).
2- Tikona did not disconnect my connection and kept sending me bills. I was NOT using the connection after my disconnection request.
3- Tikona people came in July-2015 to collect the wi fi modem and other related equipments.
4- Still I am getting bills (even after giving away the modem) AND i am getting threatening calls from their collection agency saying that Tikona is filing a case against me for not paying bills.
My isssues are (harassment by TIKONA) ;
1- As per TRAI regulation, connection is to be disconnected with 6 days of receiving request. But Tikona did not disconnect my connection. Then am i liable? OR they are bigger then TRAI?

2- They kept sending me bills and i choose not to pay. Does that mean, a bill has to be paid (even after disconnection?)
3- Even after taking the modem away in January, the last bill was in February which I had been asked and forced to pay.
4- It took them 3 months to remove the modem and they kept on raising bill for the periods.
5- I paid security amount (receipt is attached) which taking connection. they are not opening their mouth to return it or adjust it.
6- While taking the services, they sent me Terms & Conditions policy. Nowhere they mentioned Disconnection terms and conditions. Why?
7- Now people posing as lawers are calling me on behalf of Tikona (which Tikona will deny) then how can they have my informations and customer ID which was only with Tikona. Tikona is behaving in a very unprofessional way.
8- Internet and all customer complaint links are flooded with the 'REALITY' of Tikona.
Looking forward for help and support to put an end to un-professionalism of Tikona Broadband.

She asked me to pay the due bill of Tikona Service worth 3044, otherwise she is going to file a complaint against me in the court. Saali ko court ka process tak ni pata or apne ko advocate bolti hai.
I am going to put a harrasment case against you Ms. Namita.
