Today I got a call from this number regarding airtel broadband bill which I call 4 months back itself. Some Advocate from delhi high court was making a call. He also provided me the chamber number and registration number. He was asking me to pay the amount of 1K else he will forward my case to a judge and after that they will issue arrest warrant.I have decided to register a police complaint against their harass calls.

I Closed my Tikona Connection last year - 2nd October 2012 - No bill amount due.
I got call today: 13th June 2013 saying that we(Calling from Delhi Police station) will issue arrest warrant against you, if you are not paying the bill. I called the customer Care of Tikona Customer Care:1800 2094276 , they told they will sort the issue regarding the legal notice in 24 hours. But still the people who called me are forcing me to pay the amount.
Tikona People: Please close the issues fast and update the customers. -

They called up today for a due they claimed that was around 3 years ago. It was from Delhi and had the perfect accent. Said it was from Delhi Police station and that they had My Arrest Warrant... They gave me a hold period of half an hour (4 pm, 24 May). At first, I got worried but sensed something fishy as the guy was pushing for the payment, else he said I would be booked under Section 420, 448, 437.
On contacting again, the time got pushed to 5 pm... And there was a call again at 4:58 pm where he asked if I had made the payment. I asked him to call back in 10 mins. Which was too much for me to wait... So I called him back to explain that I don't know if it's a real call or a prank, as I had never received any intimidation or a legal notice or what so ever the process would be... He, Rajesh Singh, from the police department Said "I don't have time for your reasons, are you making the payment or not...". To which the obvious answer from me was, that's it's him who is wasting my time and I don't even know if he is real... I won't pay for something I don't have bills for, for something I don't know if I have used or have no break-off of... He was smarter, he said "Zaada hoshiyar mat ban, Dilli ane k lie tayyar hoja...". "Koi nahi aa raha hai Dilli...". I hung up while I could hear him saying something into the phone... But who cares...
They had my details... Details that even I didn't have... The give away point was when he told me How I CAN make the payment... I mean can the Delhi cops be bothered to tell TIKONA customers HOW TO PAY THE PENDING BILLS? The question is... IS Delhi Police now employed by Tikona???

It seems like one of those threatening calls... One fine day you get a call from some ex-service provider of yours and ruins the day. Stress as they claim to be calling from Delhi Police station... Since when did cops start using private mobile phones to call??? The phone has a call tracer and it shows from Rajasthan... Now, I'll admit I was worried as I never expected to get a call like such on such a fine day... Tikona if you are reading this... Lemme tell you, yes I was bothered as the call was about an Arrest Warrant... under section 420, 448, 437... But I guess it should be me suing you for being such an......... However let me tell you what you lost out of this... A deal for a Leased Line in a company I work with... And that's not some Rs.2000 you bothered me for... That's worth Rs.75000 + Rs.5000 + Serv Tax... But God what timing... Thanks to my shining stars I realized that you guys are a scheming lot and are going bankrupt... So i VETOED you out of the list... By the way you were giving us the cheapest ILL..... But I guess we're going for a much more reliable company... Tikona! Have you heard of TATA DOCOMO.... You lost the deal to her...!!! Thank God its not run by some Tom, Dick or Harry like you guys... No offence Tikona... You called for it...!!!
