Hello Team,
I got a call from Bharti for Manhattan Platinum Card from 08030893700/3800/3900.
They have collected all my documents (Pan card, Permanent address proof, Bank statements, salary slips & photographs).
They said that I will get a confirmation call from SC bank about the same, its been 10 days I haven't heard from any one.
They gave me the number to contact back as 9141914192/9141914193 and when i call these number no one picks up the call. They said that they are registered DSD of SC bank.
Also the person who came from standard chartered bank named BB RAO to collect my documents didn't had the SC ID card and he said that he forgot his ID card that day. His contact number is : 9164136675
I have been calling all of them so many times and no one is answering now. It seems to me as big fraud is going on.
I also called customer care and they said that they don't have any of my details for any card.
Please assist on priority basis.
This need urgent attention.
