Gv creation cheated from me 6395,first they will tell calling from hdfc bank after that they told me about my address and my credit card no and about new discount card,then they asked me card details for upgradation,i told everything,and he told no annual fee ann all.after transactin of money he told me registration fee 6395 and about new new card ,gift voucher,also they told no connection with bank then only I realized I was cheated from them.

I too got a call from +911165660145 claiming to be from visa and mastercard department. I was told that rewards points have been discontinued on all SBI credit cards and it is now being replaced with another card which needs to be swiped in just before swiping the credit card. If done, they promised a whopping 25% discount (instant) on the purchase.
I was suspicious since beginning and was just waiting for them to ask my credit card details. Finally they asked the expiry and last 8 digits of the credit card. I provided them the wrong information and they instantly confirmed that the details are incorrect. I believe they tried to bill my credit card and when they failed they assumed that the card details are incorrect.
In past, I have received numerous calls from G V creations with an offer of magic card promising 25 to 40% discount on all online and offline purchase.

Today I got a call from a Lady claiming that she is calling from Visa and Master card office . She started her conversation , that due to my reputed transactions with CC i am eligible for additional card and they have dispatched it via courier and its stuck there due for verification . She started asking me about my card details ( If its master or visa ) and then the expire date . I gave her a bull shit on dates ,now she transferred it to her colleague who posed as senior officer ,i even managed to give him a bat shit ,then he hung up the call . Please block this number 9212783293 . They are fraudster and using social engineering technique to gather information

9310347344 and 7428212444 Got calls from guys pretending to be HDFC/Visa representatives. Asked me the same questions as posted by "Scambuster" on this list - what color is the logo, etc. Then informed me about the offer. I was too busy to give details about my address etc, but I gave them my Date of Birth for "verification" and asked them to call again later. Meanwhile I grew suspicious and called HDFC and they informed me that this was a scam. Didn't go to the extent of IVR CVV details etc. But I was shocked how smoothly they were operating - I'm normally on my guard about these things, but these guys already had too many details ! This is very likely an inside job!

+919266641323, I got a call from this number and the person who called me was asking my card details and was telling that she is calling from Mastercard department. She told me that you have been selected as our lucky winner and I will be getting some discount card within 10 days which hold many offers and schemes like I will be getting 30% cash back on every transactions, mediclaims etc. Abroad offer and all and when I asked please show me where it is written in your website then that person told only if I proceed giving her all details of my credit card then I will have the access. When I said how can I believe you she said that you are amongst 12 lucky winners and this offer is only for selected credit cards users. As there were no proofs of her genuinity I said I am not interested and she hung up the call. Later on when I saw these post I believe I am not amongst those victims so all please be aware of this kind of fraudants and make your decision only when you have proofs.

I got a call today from one Akash Kapoor from number 011-66610630 and said that he was calling from State Bank of India and since I was holding a SBI credit card said I am eligible for a discount card which will give me 30% discount on all purchases,plus a wrist watch plus a 3 day holiday voucher and free medical check up. All this free of cost and very cleverly took my CVV number debited my credit card with Rs.6399/ Pls do not fall prey for such call. I am now going to the police to lodge a complaint

They took my credit card details through IVR and made me believe that they are from the bank. I think they are fraud and they should be taken to task. I received call from the number 011 43454600

I got a call from this number 01166549931 yesterday. They say that they are from Visa/master card and as part of upgrading my card, they asked me my card expiry. As i have more than 2 Visa/master cards, I asked them which bank VISA card that need the info for. Then they repeated saying 'your VISA/master card' pretending as if the bank name is irrelevant. I tried to enquire about them smelling some fishy. They immediately disconnected the call.

i got a call from +9189606063, saying depends on my credit card history they were offering package which includes some 6 offers like discount card, tour package, reward points so on, then i agreed for the nomination then he transferred the call to senior manager , he again repeated same stuff and told that i'll be getting call which will be connected to my bank IVR for the payment of 6999 rs. Again i got call from+91 1145544113, he also repeated the same and said will connecting to bank IVR. i said how authentic and secure it is.. he said its safe. the people who spoke to me had a very bad english and not seems to be professional so i told him to call me in the evening so that i can check the internet for any fake already people have registered... immediately he cut the call knowing i got alerted.

I got the call from new number +911165000831 and they repeated same story. The fun is I was also playing with him as I had a card but it was blocked. Finally asked to enter credit card details in IVR and I agreed(to type in some rubbish)
*********but when IVR was on same time human voice was on as well********* and I got this is freak and fake. I said I won't enter details and he said he will debit as they have authority. I knew he can't do this bullshit what he is talking but still I registered complaint in my bank. -

on call slowly he is trying to grab my credit card information,
he is narrating non sense offers and trying to grab the credit card info...
when i had tried to enquire about him with him he simply disconnected the call...

But at the end she confused me and make me to tempt for the offers , by paying 8799 Rs. ...there also confused me, that amount will be dedcuted every month from the card that we swiped out which they provided discount card....it wont be from out pocket...but i found out , when she connected to IVR Call to my Bank(Which i have credit card),..it is telling the amount details 8799..to confirm and enter my 16 digit Credit card details and CVV number....so i have got shocked and cut the call..then that lady repeatedly call me...and telling me that it's no trheat...just it is protection to confirm the card details.....and also asked me the due amount for the credit card team..and balance amount in the credit card..then only she connected call...so i understood that ..they are dedcuting this amount immediately from my Credit card....
and finally i searched in the google by search phrase visa , master credit card..discount card..i have found you people...thanks a lot one and all here.... -

I got call from same number 0111166549931 , they got my old credit card details and said you got a free gift card , will get great discount(25 to 30%) on shopping.. i was confused after deactivating how did he get details. then they asked for my new card details and was asking all my card details, i was busy and so just ignored and said i am not giving any details.. immediately he hung up call.. then read about the same on this link... thank you i am saved now and have not given any details.

they cheated Rs.5977 from my credit card by claiming they are verifying my card. The amount went to Dhristhi Enterpris. I filed complaint with police and credit card company. The card company credited back the amount. But so far they have not taken action to blacklist the criminals exposing more people to risk.

They say that they are calling from Visa Master Card company and they give information about your card like 16 digit card no, your name and your card expiry date. Then they offer you a new card having lot of benefits and cash back offer and then convince you to type your CVV no on the IVR. Then they say that you will get a message to reset your password & which you have to share with them. I approached the CITI bank regarding such offer but they refused about such offer. Be aware and do not attend such calls. other contact no is 011-47015200

Don't belive this people. They are asking for your credit card type, 16 digit card number, expiry date and finally they requested us to enter the CVV no through IVR but pls. listen carefully on the IVR menu which will ask about your user id and password (Usually it will ask us to enter the 4 digit PPN no)there only i had a doubt and disconnected the call and enquired the same with citibank phone banking they strongly disagree that there is no such kind of offer going on and don't belive such kind of fake call and donot share your details so pls. be careful while receiving such kind of fake calls.

I got a call from this number and they are calling from Master Card / Visa department and offered that based on the credit history we were offered a Discount Card which will give us 25 to 30% discount based on the purchase. They try to get the details of my card slowly starting with my 16 Digit Card number & Expiry date... They even asked CVV number of my card i objected that and they try to convince me stating that i need to key in the number in IVR Menu. I even gave them the CVV number too. And I got a Secure password immediately on my phone number which was for reseting my Credit card password itself!!
Then they called me again and asked me to give the password which I got on my mobile.
Then I objected and they started saying that this password is required for shipping me the discount card at my address.
I then thought its something fishy and I said I will never give them the password, even if they dont send me the discount card. Then they started threatening that they will deduct charges of 7599/- as card charges and it will appear in my next credit card bill statement. I see that they were unable to do a transaction on my card as I didnt give them the password. Also I have blocked the Card immeadiately.
Even after blocking they kept calling me and told me that tbey already charged me with 7599 and if I want the discount card, I should give them the password.
Still I didnt give them and Now I am scared, wether I will get Rs 7599 in my bill statement.
Everyone, Please be careful with such fraudulent calls.... -

I got call from this number. Please DO NOT Provide your credit card details to them.
They will not ask for directly "Credit card number" instead, they will ask for "Customer ID" on front of your card.
They will start with some lucrative offer on your existing card and new card will be given to you. They will commit as high as 25% Cash back on your bill.
DO NOT FALL FOR ANYTHING. I got a call from this number +919266661952 on my mobile and asked for my name.I said , I am the same person speaking and he introduced himself as Ashish Mishra from Credit Card Department New Delhi.
He asked me to verify the Visa/Mastercard colour logo on my card. Luckily, I found it suspicious and never disclosed any card number or anything
He said due to my good record with credit card, they are offering me additional services, I asked are these paid or not. He said paid and statered saying some nonsensical stuff. I wanted to disconnect there but he continued saying you can get a Polo wrist watch for 4900 something which the market price is so and so and belt and blah blah.. luckily the line got disconnected.
I called the bank and they said, bank never calls you for selling something or from any mobile phones and never asks your card number or asks you for card logo.
Guys beware of these calls..Never entertain these calls and NEVER Give any information of your card whatsoever.
