    First let me introduce you; Name: Prakash Singh Number: 9930006280 Complain against: Tikona Broadband Company Customer ID: 1106534473 Disconnection Request No.:1-2907082802 City: Thane West (400607) State: Maharashtra My strong complaint is against Tikona Broadband. Details of the same are below; 1- I gave a disconnection request to Tikona in October 2013, after clearing the bill of the said month (security amount & installation amount was not adjusted). 2- Tikona did not disconnect my connection and kept sending me bills. I was NOT using the connection after my disconnection request. 3- Tikona people came in January 2014 to collect the wi fi modem and other related equipments. 4- Still I am getting bills (even after giving away the modem) AND i am getting threatening calls from their collection agency saying that Tikona is filing a case against me for not paying bills. My isssues are (harassment by TIKONA) ; 1- As per TRAI regulation, connection is to be disconnected with 6 days of receiving request. But Tikona did not disconnect my connection. Then am i liable? Does that mean, a bill has to be paid (even after disconnection?) 3- Even after taking the modem away in January, the last bill was in February which I had been asked and forced to pay. 4- It took them 3 months to remove the modem and they kept on raising bill for the periods. 5- I paid security amount (receipt is attached) which taking connection. they are not opening their mouth to return it or adjust it. 6- While taking the services, they sent me Terms & Conditions policy. Nowhere they mentioned Disconnection terms and conditions. Why? 7- Now people posing as lawers are calling me on behalf of Tikona (which Tikona will deny) then how can they have my informations and customer ID which was only with Tikona. I have attached the mail below in which they mentioned the request number for disconnection, but they did not disconnect. 10- They say that my earlier number wasn't going through because of which they did not contact me, then, how can they contact me now??. I update my new number to them, but they didn't do it. Then, am i responsible for that?? Its my humble request to please look into this matter, because it not only my problem rather a large number of people who leave tikona are facing this harassment. We are working class and cannot divert our energy and focus to this harassments.
