They called up today for a due they claimed that was around 3 years ago. It was from Delhi and had the perfect accent. Said it was from Delhi Police station and that they had My Arrest Warrant... They gave me a hold period of half an hour (4 pm, 24 May). At first, I got worried but sensed something fishy as the guy was pushing for the payment, else he said I would be booked under Section 420, 448, 437.
On contacting again, the time got pushed to 5 pm... And there was a call again at 4:58 pm where he asked if I had made the payment. I asked him to call back in 10 mins. Which was too much for me to wait... So I called him back to explain that I don't know if it's a real call or a prank, as I had never received any intimidation or a legal notice or what so ever the process would be... He, Rajesh Singh, from the police department Said "I don't have time for your reasons, are you making the payment or not...". To which the obvious answer from me was, that's it's him who is wasting my time and I don't even know if he is real... I won't pay for something I don't have bills for, for something I don't know if I have used or have no break-off of... He was smarter, he said "Zaada hoshiyar mat ban, Dilli ane k lie tayyar hoja...". "Koi nahi aa raha hai Dilli...". I hung up while I could hear him saying something into the phone... But who cares...
They had my details... Details that even I didn't have... The give away point was when he told me How I CAN make the payment... I mean can the Delhi cops be bothered to tell TIKONA customers HOW TO PAY THE PENDING BILLS? The question is... IS Delhi Police now employed by Tikona???

PLEASE DO NOT ... EVER ... EVER ... GET A TIKONA INTERNET/ BROADBAND CONNECTION ...
TIKONA IS A Cheap, fake & fraud company ... once you disconnect tikona services, they start calling you and threaten you to pay 2000-4000 Rs as pending amount. even if you have closed the services by paying the full amount.
I suffered this sh*t for 3 years and i have been trying to tell them and explain that I have paid the whole amount they want and even showed the bill to the tikona office ... but they say we cant do anything ... you have to pay the outstanding amount ... !!!
I paid Rs 1700 finally to close the matter last year ... but still today I got a call from Delhi high court then from a lawyer in mumbai high court ... telling me to pay 2250 Rs as overdue amount.
This is literally sick ...

even I got threat call regarding Delhi court thing. I knew that there is something wrong but the moment they said to pay bill @ tikona I was Lil surprised. Fraud people don't ask to pay bills in official account. But when I called the customer care they said I had 1669Rs but the lawyer said 1869Rs.(same prob guys even I played bill and terminated the connection but they continued the billing for next 2 months and added 100rs fine every month leading to 1669Rs). Then after half an hour again I got a call and she called for confirmation that whether I would pay the amount or not( she was threatening abt my career). I said file a case no prob. after 1/2 an hour I got a call from the same no she said your case is processed and file no is DLWC3798/17 -

I got a call from this number +91-7688804246 . saying that he is calling from Tis Hazari court Delhi regarding some payment of Tikona Broadband connection in bangalore which I had disconnected in 2016 November itself and said a case are filing against me in Delhi court.He asked me to pay a fine of Rs, 2370 to avoid court action. This is all fraudulent claims as I had no outstanding bill with Tikona.
even I cross checked with Tikona customer care and they told me your all bills are paid and no dues are pending and raised request against fake recovery calls but still I am getting this harassment calls from fake lawyers (Recovery Agents).
Tikona is really torturing and harassing to me. Please file a case in Ministry of Consumer Affairs together

Hi All
I got a document from lawer today to pay my dues else my case would be taken to court.
This is wrong because I never got a good response from them whenever i called to complain them. Whenever i got a call from tikona to pay my bill all I requested was to connect me to customer care direclty because i cannot affortld waiting in queues for hours.
I also asked them to make a complaint of the same that i was facing problems while using internet but still no resolution was provided. Some time later that complaint got automatically closed that it was resolved. After that i have stopped using the connection.
Today i got this letter from advocates.
Advise me, shall i take to consumer court? -

Hi, Even i received calls from Tikona aking me to pay the Full and final settlement amount. I called the customer care and paid the amount and still asking me to pay the amount. They are saying some amount is due. I sent couple of emails no response. Today i got a call from lawyer 9911196548 Rishika and asked me to pay 1180/- for out of court setllement otherwise will file the case, you have to fight in Delhi court, if u want fight. Forcing me to pay the amount. I paid the amount. Tikona broadbond is the worst company, no proper service and harassing people like this. I will not recommend Tikona to any one.

No service provider can lodge a case for outstanding money in the court, only they can do is taking the help from collection centres (third party) bpo, to collect outstanding amount from the customers by calling them or email them, never pay attention to these calls. These are collection centres and the agents call to customers and agent gets incentives depending upon the number of collections in a month. The agents say that they are advocates... Never entertain such calls.. Advocates have lots of other work to do than money collection.. Hahahaha!!.. So don't listen to such calls.. They fool you .... :) :p

Tikona is fraud company, as they can't provide internet service then too they sign up customer for their service, then they keep escalating the issue where the agents do not even have manners to talk nor supervisor available on duty in working hours, I singed up for internet service my ID is 1115045292 and since very first day after 3-4 hours of the installation I was not getting the connectivity with invalid IP error, while talking to voice support they escalated the issue which was never resolved and at the end they said the issue can not be resolved as my location is non feasible even after I was getting full network in their device.
At last on their suggestion I request them for cancellation which they did not even acknowledged yet, although they promise 15 days for refund process when I followed up for refund they changed their statement with 30days for refund process, and till the date there is no response from them even after sending email and multiple follow up except some saves/name sake calls. moreover when I called their voice service they disconnected the call and I was not able to call them may be they block my number, also they sent me invoice for last month.
Now I am planing to register a complain to consumer department so that they they can do some positive and effective to these fraud companies and ban their services as many of tikona customer are facing the same issue for which they have not receive refund or getting harassed by these fraud some of them are below:

I had a tikona connection in indore which was disconnected in Dec 2014.I have received call today from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.Ltd.Advocate Mr.Sandeep (MOBILE NO-8769656501)of Delhi High Court of filing a case against me for not paying false bill received from Tikona. He said if i do not make the payment within 1 hour he will put up the case and i will have to come to delhi along with my lawyer to fight the case and have to pay penality of 35000 and sending police to my home. Tikona is based out of Mumbai and the connection was taken in Bangalore, how come the case is in Delhi? MY TIKONA SERVICE ID IS-1106730304. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT IS A LEGAL PROCESS OR NOT.

Hi Friends,
I have paid Rs. 3800 for tikona without using internet. I have already informed them to deactivate my account but they generated bill every month. Yesterday I got a call from a girl named (Shivani) (9015515049) told that, she is lawyer from Delhi Civil court she also mentioned batch number and all I have complete recording. She harassed me that my PAN card and all my accounts will be blocked and as a student, I got afraid and I again tried to call this TIKONA (1-800-20-94276) and (022-6145 7900) they just record our ID and call will get disconnected saying you will get a call still I didn’t get any call. She also said "I will close the case if you pay (3805) if not you will suffer later" She also told my TIKONA ID and all my details so I thought she may be lawyer and I made the payment but I need justice she not even sent any mail. She told that remaining amount will get refunded immediately but nothing came back. Instead of paying one month bill, they made me to pay four months bill I never want to leave this tikona company because they made me victim of this fraud company. I have complete (35 minutes) call recording.
Don't encourage such fraud tikona broadband. Don't go for tikona I won’t leave this tikona and these fraud people making mental harassment.
Please suggest me to proceed further. I want to take this recording to police station.

I had cancelled my tikona net connection on 15th June and asked them to process the disconnection request as soon as possible.
I stopped using the connection immediately as well. But the customer care is so annoying and worthless that they took more than a week for disconnection
I did not pay for that extra month.
Now I got a cal frm one guy saying that there will be a case registered against me.
And I have to pay the unbilled amount of approx 2k.

ear all, I had a Tikona Broad Band connection ID 1109676003. I have taken a 699 Rs plan for which advance payment has been done by me. I went on a tour for some days and after that when I came my POE and modem was stolen from my terrace. I tried to call tikona toll free number and every time I call they say that they will call back within 48 Hours and I never received a call. Today I received a call from Delhi lawyer stating that a case has been filed in Delhi court against you and the bill has to be paid by you for 2546. I have not used the connection since last 3 months and request for connection termination How my bill kept increasing every month, don't they check usage history?. Every time I call Tikona they say they will call back in 48 hours. The call is never received and they keep making their calls from their Lawyers. Tikona is the worst ISP ever. Never go for it. They distract you, Humiliate you and harass you. We customers are ready to pay if services are proper. Please don't humiliate us by making these calls.

Tikona has to return 1000 rs to me from 2 years & now they are demanding 5000rs or to pay 50k as fine. This company should be shut down & all their fake callers should be hanged. -

I also got a call from 011-43646900..... Since I was in meeting I rejected the call twice.... that fellow called again, directly starting with I am from delhi high court
He started with “Aap Aaditya Gujraal ko pahechanate ho kya?..... unka paisa aap kha gaye..... tikona ka paisa khaa gaye.... kubul karo ki aap chor ho?
I have asked that person to mind his language and then he started with tikona ka bill nahi bhara.... kal aapake ghar police aa jayeng.... aapa ke name pe bill chadhata hoon... and bla bla bla
Knowing that no sensible legal person will not talk with unknown person in such rubbish language, I just ignored the call.
Actually I disconnected the service couple month back and that time it’s local agent said that no need to pay the bill after your last login... he said that he will talk to his manager and will come back.
And then I got such a call after couple months... I have complained about it to Tikona pune office.

I have been using Tikona for over 5 Years. Before 2.5 months, my connection stopped working, and they informed me that it will take 8 days to resolve. I accepted, however the connection did not start for 40 days, and hence I disconnected the connection. My connection worked only till 14th Feb 14, however Tikona billed me till 15th March. When I denied to pay, I am receiving the same calls & threats. Besides, I had recently purchased a WiFi router that also worked only for 2 months, which they took back, where I wasted 1500 bucks too. I'v been called to Delhi Court on Monday according to them :p :p. I am not paying any attention what so ever to these calls unless I receive anything in writing from anyone, which logically we all should. However, if there is any update i will post here.

Even I got a call today from 011 66768400 no. some priyanka from Tees hazari court called and said Tikona has filed a case on me for non payement. I mean what is wrong with Tikona. If there is any outstanding amt. Tikona will let me know, they will send email. Why would a co. will involve itself in legal matter, it will harm their reputation. 011 66768400 can be added with 48986800 calls. If 01 Alka D 2 1 66768400 calls u beware. My strong complaint is against Tikona Broadband. Details of the same are below;
1- I gave a disconnection request to Tikona in October 2013, after clearing the bill of the said month (security amount & installation amount was not adjusted).
2- Tikona did not disconnect my connection and kept sending me bills. I was NOT using the connection after my disconnection request.
3- Tikona people came in January 2014 to collect the wi fi modem and other related equipments.
4- Still I am getting bills (even after giving away the modem) AND i am getting threatening calls from their collection agency saying that Tikona is filing a case against me for not paying bills.
My isssues are (harassment by TIKONA) ;
1- As per TRAI regulation, connection is to be disconnected with 6 days of receiving request. But Tikona did not disconnect my connection. Then am i liable? OR they are bigger then TRAI?

2- They kept sending me bills and i choose not to pay. Does that mean, a bill has to be paid (even after disconnection?)
3- Even after taking the modem away in January, the last bill was in February which I had been asked and forced to pay.
4- It took them 3 months to remove the modem and they kept on raising bill for the periods.
5- I paid security amount (receipt is attached) which taking connection. they are not opening their mouth to return it or adjust it.
6- While taking the services, they sent me Terms & Conditions policy. Nowhere they mentioned Disconnection terms and conditions. Why?
7- Now people posing as lawers are calling me on behalf of Tikona (which Tikona will deny) then how can they have my informations and customer ID which was only with Tikona. Tikona is behaving in a very unprofessional way.
8- Internet and all customer complaint links are flooded with the 'REALITY' of Tikona.

9- I tried in many ways to put an end to this, but Tikona is just putting this and doing this again and again. I have attached the mail below in which they mentioned the request number for disconnection, but they did not disconnect.
10- They say that my earlier number wasn't going through because of which they did not contact me, then, how can they contact me now??. I update my new number to them, but they didn't do it. Then, am i responsible for that??
Its my humble request to please look into this matter, because it not only my problem rather a large number of people who leave tikona are facing this harassment. We are working class and cannot divert our energy and focus to this harassments.
Looking forward for help and support to put an end to un-professionalism of Tikona Broadband.

Today morning I received a call from tikona saying a case is about to be filed in Delhi civil court until and unless you pay your outstanding amount.Her name is Ishitha Gowinkar(Which she stated/don't know if it is true). She almost got us but we checked in google before making the payment. After finding a lot of victims, I called her back and asked for her lawyer licence no. But she refused to give and cancelled the call. This is her number 9212452992. I have recorded the conversation which may be helpful. -

I am also getting these harrasment calls from Tikona. I used their connection for 6 months and being a prepaid connection I had been paying them in advance for 3 months each time. But due to some family emergency I had to leave my house vacated for 6-7 months and since it was a prepaid connection I didn't care of internet connection. But after almost one year I recented started getting these harrasment calls. Sometimes they say that they are calling from legal department and a case would be filed against me if I don't pay Rs. 2400. Again I got couple of more calls from different numbers expalining the same shit. And today I got a call from Tishazari court lawyer that they are going to send a summon to me and I would have to appear in court in next 4 days.
But after reading comments from other people it seems that we all are victims of these harrasment calls from a sick company and we shouldn't care about them. -

why they took 1 month money in advance ans still calling ,why are they calling now ,why they don't called when their services were not working and we asked for refund .
They send engineer who fixes connection for 1 time and same problems after some time .

i am constantly getting call stating from a lawyer from delhi high court for recovery.
even after requesting tikona for disconnection they are not processing the request for more one month and charging for the same. Infact all the tikona towers were pulled down from my area and there was no operational tower for the month they charged.

I would just like to know that, did you guys file a consumer complaint yet? because recently I have faced the same issue. I am an advocate so, for filing this case and for making it stronger we must put all our experiences together. I have changed the ownership from Dec 2013 from my name to some others and then after I am not getting any message or call for the bill payment. But Suddenly I got a call after 5 months(May 2014),that please pay the outstanding bill of some 3k. I just ignored them, but still getting call from 01166458100 / 011166041800 / 011143646950 and introducing them as the lawyer of delhi high court also till yet I got two different case no. CSCS/392/2014 & DLA 348400/2014 by Narendra Karla and Amita Seni and threatening me to attain the hearing or you will be issue a non remandable arrest warrent 4 days.
