Be carefull never reply to an sms or phone call from an unknown source. It might be from a hacker. He/she will take control of your phone number in particular they copy and use you images sms etc.

For anyone that doesn't know how the scams work, the operators in the other country are running a toll line that charges incoming callers. If you dial the number, you get hit with a fairly hefty charge and no way to dispute it.
This crops up every couple of years.

I received a call from +67572211889 at 3 AM in the morning. After 3 days my wife received similar call in midnight.This appears to be fraud call.
